Why would AHS be responsible for buying you a new door? I'm sorry but the reason claims have to be denied at all is for this very reason. Your door is not a mechanical or electrical part. Why isn't it closing? Could it be because your floor is not level or the frig is not leveled? Have you damaged it? Why on earth would a door just suddenly refuse to not close? If your Gasket is bad then it should be replaced. The door cannot bend or warp itself. No company would ever be able to stay in business if STRUCTURAL DAMAGE was covered. Then everybody could walk around thier house and ruin all the appliances and have everything replaced. Wow all for about $500 a year. You would only need to have the contract for 1 year because after that everything would be new and under manufacturers' warranty. It specifically says in your contract that you signed that STRUCTURAL DAMAGE is not covered. AHS does not cover doors. I don't believe your being honest. I am so sorry but I just don't. Read Section G #7 Structural changes???? The shape of your door has changed for some reason and it is certainly NOT normal wear and tear. If you take care of a refrigerator it should never ever bend on its own.
