   It has been over 60 days since i reported a covered heating problem to AHS and is   Repeated attempts to work through normal protocol e.g. AHS customer service, leaving voice mail with executive assistant to the president, email to president etc., and there has been no progress or response.  



   The problem with heating was first reported in September 2010. The heating problem  was not properly repaired and leaking continued.  Heating system ignition turns on and off every 1 second 7/24.  On October 6, 2010, i reported that the problem was not fixed properly.  AHS had original tech contact me; however, he couldn't come out for 7 days which is outside of the terms of contract.  More importantly, the severity of the problem was mounting and cost to heat home increasing substantially.  AHS re-assigned to another company to re mediate the problem.  This company was angry that the job was re-assigned to them.  Tech said that it would be a financial loss to their company to complete the abandoned work.  With that said, second company is not communicating with AHS or me.  AHS just continues to give me lip service which is extremely insulting.  I refuse to yell and scream at a customer service rep.  What can he/she do?  I have demanded that i speak with supervisor etc.  It's the same nonsense. 



   AHS does not have a method of contacting executive management or solicit customer concerns via website or phone.  A customer can share his/her concern with customer service rep, but it doesn't go anywhere.  When i finally used sophisticated intelligence tools to locate president's email address and phone number, i got no response by calling or sending email.  This is the worst company that i have ever done business with.  I'm wring this note on November 1s and there is till no end in site. I have documented every conversation, dates and so forth.  I'm just too exhausted to outline it at the moment.
