American Laser Center in Orlando, FL burned my face in every single part I had treatment on during my third or fourth treatment(the first couple treatments are with the laser set at a very low level that comes with no results). I met with the location manager and she ensured me it would not happen again. I took her word for it which was apparently not the smartest decision. After a few more treatments that were VERY painful and had absolutely NO results, I moved to Jacksonville, FL. During my first visit there my face was again burned on my right cheek. Although this burn was far less severe than the first, it was still very noticeable and uncomfortable to deal with. When your face gets burned(which apparently happens a lot) they tell you to come in and if your not in town or unable to make it there during business hours they accuse you of lying about the burn. Why would someone lie about being burnt? Didn't I already pay for the service? I have pictures of my initial burns and I plan on launching a website to showcase them in hopes I can prevent another potential customer from hurting their face. I find it very hard to believe that these burns and American Laser Centers treatment in general will not have long lasting ill effects on your skin. If you would rather have burn marks on your face than hair than this company is STILL not for you because the treatments come with absolutely no results. When I asked for a refund the location in Jacksonville's manager Lisa accused me of throwing her branch under the bus and also accused me of lying. I plan on launching a full campaign detailing my encounter with their company. Please view the pictures, the burns were on my face for at least 2 months. They'll be seeing a lot more of me and my story.

I was also burned on my legs in Tucson, AZ and then once sometime passed the management was changed and they had no record of burning me and refused to give me the rest of the microderm abbrasion they had already done once to help with the scaring. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

SCAM (American Laser Center Brentwood TN) RIP OFF! This has got to be one of the most sleaziest companies in America. Their CON GAME is to get innocent people to sign their dirty contract. I am at more disgust with this parasitic company and their degenerate employees everyday.
This place should be shut down for good. American Laser Center Brentwood TN...bunch of SCUM BAGS. No results from treatment!

I was ripped off at the American Laser Center in Brentwood TN. I will be posting a link on my website http://www.American-Laser-Center-Scam.com. This place needs to be shut down.
I have been getting laser hair removal myself and I HAVE SEEN ABSOLUTELY NO RESULTS. Their lasers are crap and cannot remove hair. Hope you have already filled a complaint with FTC, State Attorney General, and BBB.

I experience the same thing 4/2009 at the American Laser Center in Jacksonville, FL. I got no results, relief from my burns, or my refund. I would be happy to join you in a protest again them. We can actually get a group of people and march on their site showing clients to be what really happens and how they don't care after they burn you.
Thanks for reporting this and buyer be ware, it's all lies.
