First of all the mere fact that Mr. Netzel did not even report the comanies name correctly shows you that he did not pay close enough attention to what was contained in the package. Customer service DOES grant extentions on the 30 day garentee but the customer needs to call before or on the thirtith day to ask for one if not them AMP will assume that they are satisfieded with what they have gotten and the trail date is over. Further more if "Dr" Netzel is in fact part of the medical feild then he as well as anyone should know that not every product work for everyone. If that were the case then we would all be using and taking 300 different productsand there would be no room for improvement. Now i am not saying that Testosterall is the "wonder drug" (using the term drug very loosly) but it does work for a lot of men and it will work for a lot of men in the future. I am sorry that this did not work for Mr Netzel and wish him luck in finding something that does but he should at least get ALL the facts straight before commiting slander about a company that does not exist (American Medical Partners) Sir honesty read everything before you write something.

Greetings! I am the customer service supervisor for American Media Partners. AMP is a direct response marketing company. We sell many different products via televison, radio and print. All of our products comes with a 30 day money back guarantee from date of delivery, regardless of supply amount purchased. This warranty information is provided to the consumer in writing on their packing slip document. We also clearly advertise that all our products have a 30 day risk-free trial. If a customer is not satisifed with our products, they simply need to call customer service within 30 days of the delivery date of their product and we will gladly give them return instructions to sent the product back for a full refund of the purchase price. In the case of Mr. Netzel, he placed his order on November 12, 2001. The product was shipped and recieved by him on December 5, 2001. The customer's first call to customer service was on 1.17.02. He was advised that beyond the warranty period, no refund is issued. Mr. Netzel proceeded to write letters to the BBB and AG of the state of Maine. To resolve the issue, we credited Mr. Netzel for the purchase price of his product on April 5, 2002. Although I feel that the consumer has a responsibily to hold up to their end of the warranty in writing, we honorably made an exception for Mr. Netzel and credited his account. I just wanted everyone to know that AMP is a reputable company that does work with reasonable consumers for reasonable requests.
