American Mortgage Modification Assoc. Or Now Called The Olive Group... Anthony Miller, Paige Kendri The Olive Foundation $2000 up front for a modification that isn't happening Lehi, Utah
We have been dealing with this company since March of 2009. We fell behind two payments on or morgage and they sent us a letter saying they could help us. We paid them the $2000 upfront (through a tittle loan) and they have just been stringing us along saying they're talking to our lender (who hasn't heard from them at all).
Any time we call they processing department we can't get anyone. We've spoken with a Mike Bayton and received email from a Kele Fogerty, but no one returns our calls or emails.
We are now seven payments behind because they told us to hold off on payments while they were in negoiation.
We have been told our home is in the forclosure process. We are trying to modify with our lender, but that doesn't look good right now.
These guys need to be put out of work!
