American Mortgage Relief Services - Payment Relief Services Failed to return my refund of $2,500.00 after botching up a modification mortgage. San Diego California
I was working with a director of loan operations named Allan Tentler. I sent him all of the information about my mortgage and in 24 hours he called and said that his company could modify my loan and the interest would be lower, the payments and also the mortgage balance. All that I would have to do is pay $2,995.00. If it wasn't what he had promised me, I would get a refund of $2,500.00 because they would keep $495.00 for the preparation that they did on it. So I let them take out the money from my checking account electronically.
When they finished with the modification, the interest rate was lowered and the payment was twice as much as I was already paying, so I didn't take.I couldn't afford it. I would los e my home. I told Alan that and he told me not to worry that I would get my refund back of $2,500.00. That was in January and I've been trying to get someone to help me, all they do is transfer me from one person to another.I can't reach Alan anymore he has changed his phone number, the people at the company said that they didn't take my money. On my bank statement it has an ID. no and the Modification Ser Des. I really need my money, it was part of my savings. I am a 73 year old widow and I have no money to give away.
