AMERICAN PLATINUM FINANCIAL SERVICES LEGAL HELPERS DEBT RESOLUTIONS,LCC WHILE WE WERE BEING HIT WITH FORECLOSER, THEY SCAMMED US FOR $1,120.00 SCOTTSDALE, Arizona
I am very angry at the people who have defrauded me and my husband. We are law abiding, hardworking, Americans who by the Grace of God have made it thus far.
When our finances got low, we applied through our mortgage lender to remodify our loan so as to not lose our home. The very day we were declined I was online and seen this add from Legal Helpers telling me they could help me if I had already tried on my own to remodify.
So I called 1-866-773-3123 ext. 1035 and spoke with Chris. What a sweetheart, she was sympathetic to say the least. Here is what she said her team of lawyers could possibly do for us. Wipe out our second mortgage, reduce our 1st mortgage by $500.00 per month and get us a 2% interest rate. Our monthly payments would go from $ 1,365.00 a month down to $ 1,052.94 per month and include escrow.
I have to admit she was convincing, all the time letting me know the call was being recorded. Until she said off the record you should stop paying any money to your first or second mortgage from this day forward. And she couldn't tell me to stop talking to my banker but she advised that I did. If they called tell them I now had a lawyer and they needed to speak to them.
So far I am out the $ 1,100.00, and they still want me to pay them $ 2,200.00 more. What am I getting from Legal Helpers? SCAMMED!
My case worker was Faith d**k and her associate was Jason. I read the other scam to late. Cause now they got me. I have faxed all our financial information to Faith at 1-866-485-2549 as Chris had directed me to do so.
Now I sincerely fear Identity theft along with being out the $1,100.00. I am waiting to see if they come after me for the other $ 2,200.00 they were going to deduct payments from my checking account. Bad dealings, with Bad people!

When I first spoke with Chris she represented her company as US MORTGAGE RELIEF. (Big Scam) That is who I thought I was dealing with. Chris represents herself as someone that is tied with the US Government and her lawyers will help you. Because of the Goverment bailout of the banks she leads you to believe they have to help you. Beware of the internet!
Update, I am working with Discover card who is trying to get my $ 1,100.00 dollars back. They are against these frauds. Wish me luck!
