WHEN I FILLED OUT THE APPLICATION ON LINE I HONESTLY THOUGHT I WAS APPLYING FOR A CREDIT CARD. I WAS NOT AWARE OF ANY CHARGES.

WHEN I SAW THE CHARGES AND RECOGNIZED THAT IT WAS NOT SOMETHING I WAS AWARE OF I CALLED THE NUMBER LISTED ON MY BANK STATEMENT AND THEY GAVE ME THE NUMBER TO CALL. I CALLED THAT NUMBER AS PANICKED. NO ANSWER; JUST A RECORDING SAYING LEAVE A MESSAGE. I LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES. NO ONE CALLED ME BACK. I WAITED AND CALLED

AGAIN AND WAS ADVICED BY A RECORDING AGAIN ABOUT ANOTHER NUMBER.

I DID GET A REP CALLED PHYLLIS AND SHE 1ST STATED I COULD GET A REFUND WITH-IN 30 DAYS AND THEN SHE SAID NO IT HAD BEEN MORE THAN 30 DAYS. I APPLIED 5/6. I ADVICED HER OF THE OTHER NUMBER I CALLED. SHE DID STATE THEY HAVE BEEN TAKING THE COMPANY CALLS FOR ABOUT 1.5 WEEKS SO I WOULD HAVE TO ASSUME THEY NEVER GOT MY CALL.

HOW CONVENIENT. SHE ALSO ADVICED ME OF A MONTHLY CHARGE OF $12 A MONTH WHICH BE TAKEN OUT OF MY CHECKING ACCOUNT A/O 7/7 AND TO CALL PRIOR TO THAT SO THE PROCESS WOULD NOT START BUT TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF MY FREE MERCHANDISE $250 SINCE I WON'T BE GETTING MY MONEY BACK. DID I FORGET TO TELL YOU IT WAS $149.95? I CALLED THEM ALL THIS WEEK WHENEVER I WENT INTO THEIR SYSTEM IT ALWAYS

ADVICED ME NO E MAIL ADDRESS OR PASSWORD. SOMEONE EVEN CALLED ME BACK; BUT THE SYSTEM DID NOT WORK FOR ME. IT COULD HAVE BEEN ME SINCE I AM NOT VERY GOOD WITH COMPUTERS BUT NO ONE WENT OUT OF THERE WAY TO SEE WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS.

SO I AM OUT OF $149.95 AND $ 12.00 AND POOR SERVICE. NO SERVICE. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO REBUILD MY CREDIT AND HONESTLY DID NOT KNOW THAT I WAS APPLYING FOR SHOPPING ON LINE. THIS IS A NITEMARE. I HAVE WRITTEN THE

COMPANY AND IT WILL GO IN THE MAIL ON MONDAY. IF YOU WILL SEE THE ADVERTISEMENT IT DOES MISLEAD YOU. IT'S MY MISTAKE FOR GIVING THEM MY PERSONAL INFO MY CHECKING ACCOUNT NUMBER AND I REPEAT I DID NOT KNOW I WAS APPLYING FOR SHOPPING ON LINE. I CALLED WITH IN A FEW DAYS AFTER I SAW THE MONEY ON MY BANK STATEMENT. NO

ANSWER BUT LEAVE A MESSAGE AND AFTERWARDS A NEW PHONE NUMBER, ETC I HOPE SOMEONE ELSE WON'T GET RIPPED OFF

The consumer claims that she thought it was a credit card. However the two page application states in big letters that it is for online shopping, The consumer also claims was not aware of a charge, well the whole 2nd page of the application states the fee, including the BIG check that needed to be filled out by the consumer. The consumer also stated they read and agreed to the terms and conditions prior to submitting the application.
