I too recieved a notice explaining that I was the individual chosen to receive the guaranteed one million nine hundred thousand dollar prize. But only if I send the required 19.99 process fee. I was always told the if you win a prize you show never come out of the pocket, just give me my money. Don't let this happen to you.
