American Tech Supply ATEK , American Teledata , Gil Hunter International wire fraud, misrepresentation of employee tax status , harassment Clearwater, Florida
There are so many things this business owner has done wrong it is impossible to contain it in a short report. The owner, Gil Hunter has used American Tech Supply like a weapon to garner money from people, then not ship the goods, and then not pay the vendor, then not pay the employee.
Along the way he harasses the employees, demeans them, calls them bad names sends out ugly emails about them and copies everyone on the demeaning and harassing things he says about them.
Well, it has finally caught up to him because the buck stops here with me.
If you are a former employee who did not get paid, or maybe you were humiliated and abused, a vendor who did not get paid or a customer who did not receive the goods they ordered now is the time to take action as Gil Hunter is attempting to bankrupt American Tech Supply and reopen using the same building, computers , and office equipment under American Teledata. Look for an online posting when this happens and make sure to write to the judge overseeing this fraudulent attempt to shirk his debts and begin anew to wield a business as a weapon to steal with.
I have amassed a great amount of detail and specifics as to this dastardly individuals wrongful doings and copies will be sent to the judge so the legal system knows the kind of criminal they are dealing with. If you paln to purchase from this company olny do it C.O.D. or with a credit card you can dispute the charges with later as chances are you will have to. As it stands now he has no credit left with any vendors and needs your money to buy the goods with first and will charge your card as soon as he has it way before the goods ship and pad the shipping as well. Best to do business with a reputable company with a long track record and no ugly reports like this man has against him, people from all over the nation are posting how they have been ripped off or not been paid on many different sites.

I was in one of those whatever happened to so and so moods and Googled Guil Hunters name. Wow is this post right on the money. I must say there is so much more that could be said but this hits the nail on the head. I am glad it was not just me that felt this way, this guy got me to quit my job on the peir in St. Pete with wild promises and bashed everyone wroking there to convince me I would be the manager. Wow what a complete nut case he was. So glad to be free of this clown.
