Americas Choice Moving and Storage Run fast from this horrible company that lost/stole and broke items Van Nuys California
this company should not even be in business... They have noooo clue what customer service is and does not care one bit about the customers, just taking your money.
It took over a month to finally receive my belongings and not only do I have a whole lot of damaged items I also have several missing items. I have full boxes of stuff and furniture that is just missing all together and the insurance wants to only pay $12 for a while missing box and won't do anything with everything else as I do not have original purchase receipts... Really, you lost or stole my items and expect me to have every receipt from every item I have purchased in my life?? How about antiques that were past down generations, there is no receipt for them. They do not care one bit that my stuff is missing and damaged. You have to keep calling or emailing them several times before getting a response just to push you off. I will never use this company or anyone affiliated with this horrible company ever again. It's hard to trust a company that moves your belongings across the states and this one is careless with your stuff. They also were trying to give me other people's belongings that were in my lot, no telling how many people out there are missing their stuff. I received someone else's bed rails, not mine, so my bed set and someone else out in this worlds bed set is usless. I can't stress enough how bad this company is .... Do NOT use this company unless you want to have missing, stolen and broken items.
