Milton, we have indeed done our homework. the owner of your company, Eli Ashkenazi, is a convicted criminal who was banned from the moving industry. information about that can be found at www.sun-sentinel.com. there is an article there by Mitch Lipka from October 29,2000. the title of the article is "Counties' Ordinances Haven't Cut Out Abuses." I THE SCUM GET EVEN WORSE Now these scumbags have gone as far as to use employee files to contact our relatives. Make anonymous phone calls asking when we will be at home. Calling our new place of employment and harasing us and our new employers. We have not contacted them we are letting the courts decide on our last paycheck and criminal case against the asault and verbal abuse. I don,t know who these guys think they are but I do know that they are stupid bunch of kids with alot of dads money. People like this should not be aloud to offer consumers a customer service. Since my employment with them Ive seen them hold customers furniture hostage, deny damage claims, knowingly reserve a move for less wieght and then charge the customer more money when it goes over wieght, and at the end laugh about it all. This company and all of its affiliates are bad busness people and bad for the moving industry. You would think if I was just a disgruntled ex-employee I would eventualy just go away and move on with my life. But they are the ones who are pushing this issue to another level. They are disrupting my life. Using my employee files to contact members of my family and harasing me at my new job. I have made all the proper steps by the law have contact my states congressmans office and other agencies. The BBB does matters with employment. And the BBB is like any other company it is only reponsive to complaints in favor of companies that are members and or pay their fee. Don,t let these guys fool you do your research. Know one would go to all the trouble and be this angry unless this company did somthing to harm them. They have made their money by cheating customers, employees, and the goverment. If someone would do their research at the post office they would realize that they are contracting a criminal to represent them. Check out arcives @sunsentinel.com in Florida search for Eli Ashkenazi, Lily Ashkenazi Americas Moving Network I know and seen how they operate its not good. EX - FT LAUDERDALE, Florida

I contracted with National Moving Network, Miami, FL, to move my furniture from Louisiana to Indiana. I requested that the locate and contract for climate controlled storage, and move the furniture to that destination. Once I signed a Visa slip, I received only a brief email requesting the original contracts, and oh yeah, by the way, they requested movers to come to my home on 6/19. On 6/19 I called to confirm the time and was told nobody could confirm anything. At 1:30 (5 1/2 hours late) two guys showed up with nothing except a new contract, for a completely different rate! I didn't sign it, so they said they'd use the contract I'd signed with National. I drove the two day trip back, only to be informed that they had taken my furniture to Houston, TX, and that this would now be considered a "re-delivery" fee, so I owed them $850 more, plus another $375 because the weight was over the orignal estimate (which they told me rarely happens). An attorney advised me to just pay them the extra cash, to get my stuff out of their hands. I sought out my own storage facility, gave them the address via email, and have been told 4 different delivery days. Each day, I wait at home for them to call so that I can meet them at the facility, but . . . no call. At this point, I'm convinced that National Moving Network and A-1 USA Movers have colluded to steal my furniture. I even paid them $1000 down payment to do it!

Lily, You are well aware of who I am. I have not received any comment or return phone call at all from America's Moving Network--even after providing written evidence of the fraud perpetrated by America's Moving Network and Classic International, Inc., and leaving numerous messages asking for return calls. In fact, you received a copy of a detailed letter and independent weight tickets certified by the state of Texas and also a description of the outright lies communicated by Jerry (your supervisor) and Michael Moore (your smooth telephone salesman), each forwarded by facsimile and certified mail. See my posting dated July 3, 2002 for a detailed post regardging this situation. I noticed also that you didn't care to respond to this posting. As stated earlier, I would be happy to provide any interested party with my documentation. Additionally, packages have been forwarded to the following parties: 1. Mitch Lipka--Sun Sentinal 2. Attorney General of Florida 3. Attorney General of New York 4. Steve De Fazio of the Department of Transportation. That is all of the correspondence that I have had the time to forward--but I will continue. Regards,
Lily

I have no idea who you are, nor have we moved anyone with the name missy. If this is a joke from another moving company to try and ruin our reputation I dont find it funny at all.
