AMERICA'S SERVICING COMPANY infamous for rip-offs! My mortgage was transferred to them on 12-01-04 and there's already been errors. BALTIMORE Maryland
My Home Loan transferred to Americas Servicing Company on 12-01-04 and I am concerned with my loan based on the "Rip Off Report" I received when I tried to pull up the web site. My first payment as of 12/20/04 still has not been posted to my account and has not cleared my bank account.
I am stopping payment on this payment and doing another payment via electronic check thru America's Servicing Company. I just don't want my credit effected negatively due to this company's errors.
