I responded to a telephone sales call for this program in December 2008. but was unable to set up the business after making payment due to various unrelated personal reasons, including misplacing the documentaion until now.
I invested a total of $1564.55 in this DebtFree Rights advertising program, to be marketed through my own personal internet website which would be mine for life. The following items were detailed on the two invoices:
- Internet Marketing Campaign
- Web-Guided E-Viewers
- Debt-Free Rights Advertisers Package
- Website Setup
- Complete Customized Website Package
- Admin/Processing Fee
- Printed Domestic Labels
- Shipping & Handling
Before I could even sign the necessary papers including tax forms, merchant account, etc., I was hospitalized for many months, and my paperwork was packed away by my wife. Now that I have retrieved these documents, I am able to try to obtain some degree of reconciliation.
The phone number and address I listed is no longer valid, nor does a Google search show a specific listing for "American Marketing Strategies" other than some addresses refering it to be a fraud; that's how I found RIP0FF REPORT.com. I noticed there are only 3 messages in the thread, and I intend to email the class action originant right after posting this.
I welcome any feedback, both positive and/or negative. Thank you.
