Steven E. Morris (aka Eddie) is the operator of Modern Marketing Solutions and Amerigreet.com, located in Tampa Florida. Along with the complaints listed on this website, there have also been many more complaints regarding the business practices of this business and Mr. Morris.
Most complaints involve the unauthorized debit of checking accounts, which in many cases resulted in overdraft fees for the consumer. In addition to these, many people have been told they "Won" a free vacation and were not told that there was a monthly subscription fee.

Mr. Morris has shown not only a disregard for consumer rights, but has also repeatedly eschewed his responsibilities to pay his own bills and creditors.
