ABOUT FIVE WEEKS AGO, I ORDERED A BROKER KIT FROM A WEBSITE OF A NATIONAL SALES DIRECTOR FROM AMERIPLAN USA WHOSE NAME IS DENNIS GUEST OF DESOTO, TEXAS. WHEN I GOT THE KIT FROM AMERIPLAN, THERE WAS CLEAR TAPE ON THE BOX TO SEAL IT WITH & PRINT THAT SAID THAT IF YOU OPEN THE BOX, THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS. SO AFTER 5-7 DAYS, I CALLED DENNIS TO ASK HIM ABOUT THIS TAPE & HE SAID THAT I COULD RETURN THE KIT TO HIM IF I WASN'T HAPPY WITH IT & HE WOULD SEND ME A CHECK FROM HIM FOR MY $95 REFUND. THAT WAS ABOUT 2 1/2 WEEKS AGO & NOW I HAVE NO KIT AND I HAVE LOST MY $95.

I WANT ANYONE WHO READS THIS TO BE AWARE OF THIS s****. Baton Rouge, Louisiana

It sounds to me like you did not have a very good broker to teach you to work the business over the internet, it can be done, that is how I do mine. I do very little phone calls, except when I'm talking with Brokers who I have signed up to let them know fo the conference calls, marketing tools, etc. You cannot do the business or any work from home business and be successful without a support team, how else do you think you're going to learn about the business and what works and what doesnt if you arent willing to learn from teh support that was being given to you. You clearly do not have the mindset to succeed. If you did, you would be willing to learn, be teahable and willing to take advantage of the support. If you really did look into the website and researched the company, you would know how it works. How do you think you're going to get someone intrested in your home business without EVER talking to them??? There are so many of them out there that people have to know which one might intereste them more and which one they would be able to do. [DELETED] is just one of the many many sites that are available to you when you enroll as a broker and the link I typed above is the one that will give you plenty of info on the company. Then you need to make a list of any questions you will want to ask when you do talk to someone about the business, any business that is.

"Ameriplan - DENNIS & SANDY GUEST, LIAR & A THIEF, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, A WHITE-COLLAR CROOK! ripoff DESOTO Texas is not my case. But like him, I got bad trainer or I would say director. I need some answer from Ameriplan broker. I think Ameriplan it self is good health care benefits company, but becoming 6 figure income brokers, you have to sacrifice friends and family member? Hmm. I can't do that. Stay home and spend time with family, so I pick this plan(maybe all work from home say something like this), and end up with sleepless, my body is right here but minds is out there think about making money, Constantly on the phone. More marketing cost more money. I just start wondering. That was not simple as their web site said. I joined the Ameriplan as a broker about 2, 3 weeks ago. Last couple of month, I was looking for work from home kind opportunities, and finally I went to Ameriplan. First research just get information about the Ameriplan is some lady's name. She called me up couple times, but that moment, I could not have spear $95+ so I turn it down. (Here is another thing that why they won't say up front that exact cost to start and monthly fee). And about month later, I got call from gentleman to recruiting me to Ameriplan. He talked into me and I joined through his web site. Whom he is going to be my trainer. When he was recruiting me, he said that soon Ameriplan is going to cover health overage, too. Then I though wow, dental, vision, chiropractics and drug. And Health for that price. It's going to be big marketing so I joined it. Is that true? But I told him before sign in, I can't telemarketing. I don't like telemarketing myself neither. He said that is not problems. So I though it's going to be internet marketing like I found. Soon after sign in, I found out so many training call, conference call, team call and team meeting. And always training or conference call happens to be my busiest time like 6:00pm. I should cancel back then and they might give my money back. But I try to give myself try like anybody else. I called my friends, even my ex husband to tell about Ameriplan. All say is No thank you so I decided goes to posting ad to internet, newspaper. 2weeks past, trainer calls me and then he told me I'm not doing right. Maybe so. Then he wants phone numbers that I already called and told me not interested then I pretty much start felt uncomfortable. So I try to explain to him they are my friends and they already no to me. Even as a business I don't like to trade their private phone number for some stranger. When they going to find out me the one give the phone number, they will upset you know what he said? That's the way you think about Ameriplan, this business is not for you. Why don't you cancel and get over with it But I though if it the regular telemarketing people calling one of the household, the tell them don't call this number anymore then if telemarketer keeps calling. That is against laws, doesn't it? And other things, he can't tell me cancel the broker ship, I paid for till next month. Even if I make money or not, I was going to enjoy broker benefit. But I canceled after I talked him. One thing he never answer my question is how he get my phone number first place? I sign up to get information through some lady's web site. Next things, a lot of Ameriplan broker started email me. I though that is secure site. Or Ameriplan has a big file that who are least interest (like me), and broker can make a call? That case, I would like to talk to someone about this plan who is least interested. But he never answers this question. Is that big secret? I would like to know.

It just amazes me how Krista assumes that because these so called Mr & Mrs. Guests are with Ameriplan that they are the ones who'd be telling the truth. I happen to know and I'm sure most of you have to that just because you own the company or work for means you tell the truth and don't rip people off. (Ex. Enron, Tyco) As for utilizing your rights of Free Speech I would learn to spell the word before trying to use it.

That's the exact response I knew I'd get from you. If you didn't want other people to get in your "business" then don't post anything at a site like this, please. I believe in AmeriPlan & will defend it to the end. This is America, I have the right to free speach, just as you have at slandering other's on a site like this. As I said before, the Guest's have their side to the story and I really hope that they come here and post it for all to see - THE TRUTH! Again, DO NOT POST AN ISSUE HERE IF YOU DON'T WANT OTHERS TO RESPOND! Did you honestly think that no one would say anything to defend this company after the slandering post you made? Get a clue!

With every negative report, there is always another side, that of Mr. & Mrs. Guest. This person failed to mention that he had also joined 3 other programs at the same time, not sure what his commitment to AmeriPlan would have been. I will let the Guest's post their own response to this, but just know this. I have been involved with AmeriPlan for a short time & have already concluded that this is the most lucrative, most ethical & trustworthy company I have EVER been involved with. And I have been involved in many over the past 8 + years. My question to this person is this, WHY would you purchase a Broker Kit if you didn't plan on becoming a Broker? That makes no sense to me. Why invest money into something that you knew you weren't going to do or would want to send it back. This makes no sense to me whatsoever. It doesn't cost you a penny to research the company before making a decision as to whether you want to become a Broker or not. The Broker Kit is a wonderful tool to help you get started with this company, lots of training materials and sales aids to get you off on the right foot. Don't purchase the kit if you aren't going to start the business, make sense? The owners of AmeriPlan have been in business for the past 12 years and have worked very hard to build this company into a highly reputable, highly ethical & trustworthy company to be involved with & have done so. They are regarded as the #1 Provider in Supplemental health benefits, as well as being the ONLY company endorsed by the Opticians Association of America & would NEVER associate themselves & risk their reputation with a company who was less than credible. Do your due-diligence with any company you would like to associate yourself with, but this is the best thing I've come across, EVER! I would not read into this person's complaints. We don't know the Guest's side, which I've heard a response but will let them defend themselves. They are highly ethical & trustworthy people, have been with AmeriPlan for a very long time & have no reason to do this. They make more than enough money & have no interest in "keeping" anyone's money. I find that most of the time, when you see a negative report like this it's because the person did not try and give the business an honest effort, and through their own pitfalls & inadequicies they are quick to judge someone or something that failed for them. You only get out of something that you put into it, in this case he didn't do a darn thing but try and return his kit! Sounds pretty haoky to me. There you have it,
