THAT IS THE BEST THING I HAVE HEARD ALL WEEK!! ADAM FINALLY GOT WHAT HE DESERVED....NOW THEY JUST NEED TO GET RID OF A FEW MORE AREAS AND A COUPLE OF REGIONALS...IT'S SO FUNNY TO ME. I HAVE BEEN AT MGR'S MEETINGS WHEN MJ & CO..WERE TELLING THE REST OF US HOW FANTASTIC HE WAS AND HE SHOULD BE OUR ROLE MODEL... AND THERE WAS EVEN A QUESTION AND ANSWER SESSION W/ ADAM.... ALL THE WHILE KNOWING HE WAS CROOKED.... IT IS ONLY WHEN THINGS GET REALLY UGLY THAT AMERIQUEST TAKES ANY ACTION... USUALLY THE AE OR BRCH MGR TAKES THE FALL.... THERE NEEDS TO BE MORE ACTION TAKEN AGAINST THE RING LEADERS... THE AREA MGRS AND SOME OF THE REGIONALS... ALL THE WAY UP TO ROLAND...WAYNE...MARY JO...ALL OF THEM KNOW EXACTLY WHAT IS GOING ON.... THEY JUST PRETEND IT IS NOT...A ND THEN EXPECT US TO HIT THESE CRAZY NUMBERS THAT OTHER OFFICES (ST. PETE)HAVE DONE... BECAUSE THAT IS THE "RECORD"... THIS COMPANY HAS GROWN TOO FAST THE WRONG WAY, AND THEY WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO CORRECT ALL OF THE DAMAGE THAT HAS BEEN DONE AND ALL OF THE FRAUD COMMITTED, AND STILL BOOK 3 BILLION A MONTH. ?? MAYBE ROLAND, WAYNE,AND MJ HAVE BEEN GETTING "FREE JUNK" FROM JOHN AND ADAM... BECAUSE THEY HAVE GOT TO BE HIGH, TO LET THESE THINGS CONTINUE TO HAPPEN.

The area manager Adam Rothman whose name is mentioned all over this website was fired by the company on Friday for his shady dealings within the area. I cannot mention my real name out of fear for my job but I can assure you that this is shocking news. Within the span of a week, my branch manager Jon Sarris of the Tampa 2 office was arrested for trafficking drugs and is now sitting in a cell in Orlando awaiting trial. The area manager Adam Rothman who also is a suspected dealer of narcotics was let go by the company I assume for the same thing. A few months ago Ryan Greene who works as an account executive in my office was demoted as a manager in Tampa for also commiting fraud, and the manager in st. pete ryan huckstep was fired for fraud. Consumers beware I have never seen such turnover in such a short span and I have only been with the company 6 months. This company it seems is tied heavily with politicians in several areas of the united states, thus the information regarding these individuals is kept quiet. I will be leaving soon as I can get another job lined up. This company will be exposed in the months to come.

I am a branch manager in Minnesota. I can't disclose my location for reasons you problably know. When trying to hire people with experience in the mortgage field, my area manager will not allow me to do so. They want people who are new to the business so they can teach them " the right way" to do business. Our training for someone with no experience is putting them in front of videos for a couple of days and turning them loose. I always wonder why we can't get anyone with experience. You would think it would be a benefit....then again...all of the loan officers are expendible. We will hire with a criminal record but not with tenure. GO FIGURE???

The funniest part of the manager getting arrested in tampa for drug trafficking is that Jon Sarris is already under probation for the same offense that he was charged with 3 years ago. Check the Florida dept of corrections website under supervised population and type in sarris. So at the the time he was hired and promoted to management he was already a convicted felon with a prior record and on probation. These are the type of people Adam Rothman (the area manager)hires. Rumor has it that when he was a branch manager in New York he was the biggest dealer of ecstacy in that city, this is no joke. This company is full of drug addicts and scam artists. They will not hire anybody withan MBA or a college degree. Jon Sarris if I recall correctly does not even have a H.S. diploma but a G.E.D. Now how does a person get hired at a LENDING INSTITUTION by not having an education and being on probation for drug trafficking. Mr. Rothman, Mary Jo Shelton can you please answer my question. I am sure a jury would like to know!!!
