They get zero rating

This is how they work

You call them and they give you a quote almost similar to others or lower they tell you that they are running a special, so no extra for gas, taxes or labor I have one bedroom apartment, almost no furniture, total of about less than 1000 lbs.

They charge 100$ deposit on phone on my credit card.

I confirmed again on phone and they said no gas no labor and 800$ to move.

They send email confirmation, which would not say anything about no gas, no labor - just dates and addresses.

I was moving from orange county to fremont.

They promised to come at 9 am saturday morning. They dont show up before 12pm

You keep calling and they ll say "oh they left long time ago, they should be there anytime in 15 mins"

Two illegla russian guys showed up with 20 ft long rental budget trailer. Why do you need 20 ft trailer for 1000 lbs of items?

They showed up on time. I was 95% packed. They offered to put plastic wrap on my babie's bigger toys.

They put smaller boxes into a couple of big boxes they have. They promised wardrobe hangers which was of course not there in the trailer.

Meanwhile the driver keeps talking on cell phone rather then putting my stuff in the trailer

After packing and loading they ask for 400$ more. Rest after the move. They make you sign a paper which says you can be charged maximum of 1500$.

Guys says everyone needs to sign such a paper. Thats when you make your wrong move!

They took the stuff on saturday afternoon and promise to come to fremont on sunday by 1 pm.

They show up at 8 pm. And then they disclose that total bill now is 1490$ (10$ less than 1500$) and now I need to pay them the rest of the money. If I dont pay the stuff goes back to LA and then if I need it I will need to pay even more for gas and driver. Sunday night 8 pm of course there will be no one you can complain to. He calls his managers cell after much debate. I try to explain him. This is rip off. The bill shows packing material, 4 hours of labor charges, gas and more + 800$. Manager says pay now, and then file a claim through their claims department. Nothing else can be done. Of course everyone is russian so they dont understand half of what you are trying to tell them.

You keep calling claims department. They send you a claims form after 2 days in email. They hardly reply phone calls.

And you give up after loss and pain...

Their claims department shows address of

18375 Ventura Boulevard, Suite 341, Tarzana, Ca

And movers in that address is called ABC movers

They might be the same!

Quote was taken from http://allvanlines.com/

Avoid all 3 of them
