AMR video ripoffs, where is my Crocidile DVD? you got my money! Anchorage Alaska
On Dec.5,2001 I ordered a DVD from AMR Video. I gave them my Visa Card number and it was billed and the amount added to my bill. I never received a confirmation number and never received my video. After two weeks I e-mailed the company and received a reply that the video was on back order. I still have not received my order and countless attempts to contact AMR by phone and e-mail has proven futile.
