Amy E. West from Rhoads & West in San Diego, California is a dishonest and unethical lawyer. She has lied in declarations that she has filed with the Superior Court. She has committed several criminal acts of conspiracy and perjury. She is representing a total scumbag in a frivilous lawsuit.

Anton Ewing made serious accusations in an unprofessional way against Amy West. It is important to consider the source of these accusations. Here is some additional information on Anton Ewing that readers should consider when making their judgments:

In addition to his FBI arrest, he was arrested again later in April 2009 on charges of stalking and writing threatening letters with the intention to extort. His bail was set at $750,000. On November 6, 2009, he was arrested a third time, again on charges of stalking and writing threatening letters with the intention to extort. This time his bail was set at $2,000,000.

Anton Ewing was incarcerated for several years. He was released from jail last year.

While unfortunate people like Amy are having their reputations sullied by Anton Ewings tactics, at least they are not being financially ruined and emotionally victimized by Anton Ewings tedious legal maneuvers he previously employed prior to being declared a vexatious litigator.
It is interesting that it is very difficult to find the facts about Anton Ewing on the internet. He must be using SEO to his advantage. At the same time, he continues to use these tactics to hurt people like Amy.

Ms. West is an excellent and highly ethical attorney whom I have consulted on many issues over the years. Amy West is one of the best attorneys I have ever had the priviledge of knowing. She is honest, hard working, and goes the extra mile for her clients. She provides consults to people she never takes on as clients for FREE. I have never once witnessed her being dishonest. She is kind and generous to everyone she meets. She is highly sympathetic to her client's needs. Amy is a brilliant attorney and ALWAYS does the right thing. She is welcoming to everyone she knows, and is an upstanding lawyer.
