Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

The apartments known as, anchorage point, seista palms, twin palms, palm shadows are locally owned apartments in the phoenix area by one man. These apartments are  avertised in the local newspapers daily or on sunday. they usually advertise a false speacial of $129 a week for a studio apartment, keep in mind they are legally a hotel licensed business. the actual price is about $160 a week with a $80 deposit. dont buy into the gimmick stay at a real true apartment or you are better off staying at a hotel chain thats clean in appearance and inclosed 10 miles from phoenix. if you are a tourist stay in scottsdale or paradise valley never live in central phoenix or it could cost you your life!!

The actual owner of these properties name is dennis who primarily works at seista palms but others occationally, he has a very shady pass and is known for sexual harrassing young age people when they stay at one of the apartments he's working at that day, they have your phone number on file, so when you check out dont be surprized if you get a prank phone call from a guy pretending to be a bill or joe, its really dennis trying to get a sex incounter with you (guy or girl). all of the four properties are packed with cameras and i believe these apartments are putting secret hidden cameras in some on there rooms but i cant prove it 100%.

More disturbing facts about these properties is the fact that they try to cater to drug dealers and local mexican gangs only, if you are a clean cut nice person, they will allow you to stay there once and then ex-list you fearing you might be a undercover cop and could spoil there secret drug/prostitution rings. the properties are very distasteful, i've lived at all four, and at palm shadows i witnessed a call girl go into a room and i could hear sexual activity next door while young kids were apparently present. what a sick place!!

Achorage point in particular is the worst of them all, that they almost shut down in 2006 because of city code violations, so they remodeled a bit and painted over there mold infested walls and they now charge $189 a week, but they too like to put false ads in the papers claiming a bogus $129 special which you cant get until after 4 weeks sense its really a hotel. thats four weeks of dirty trailer park looking prostitutes, car break ins, no air conditioning in the whole building if it breaks because its a stupid chiller system and not individual units. then after all that you can stay they for $129 plus taxes which will be $160 then if you complain about smelling crack cocain you will be ask to move out. they claim to do a criminal check, but you will be amazed at how many disgusting looking people standing around the pool area watching the kids play.

when i tried to stay there again in august of 2008 i was denied a place and told i was ex-listed from all of the properties, i demanded to know why and they said they cant tell me that and to leave, i refused sense im a clean cut guy that wears golfing shorts with my shirt in my pants, i never use drugs before, no criminal record, no late payment record sense i always paid in cash each month. they said thats none of the reasons for my ex-list and they cant tell me the real reason. i was ask to leave or face arrest by police if they call them. i fought back and sat right there and said call the cops. the cops came out and the front desk girl name allison told the cops she felt threaten and wanted a tresspass warrant issued, the cop nicely told me to come outside and explain what happened, he instantly realize by my clean looks and my attire that i was no threat and that allison was overreacting. I WAS ALLOWED TO LEAVE with no arrest. GO FIGURE!! the cop cant force a private property to rent me a room but they can refuse to arrest a person if they determine someone is being treated unfairly.

i later found out by the owner that i was ex-list because i frowned at a desk person my last stay when i complained about some maintenence issue. what a bunch of crap. local mexican gangs use curse words everytime they open there months and use crack pipes up and down the stairs and they stay there all the time, but i get banned for complaining about the broke air conditioning.

this is why america is done, and im so happy i never join the military to protect such evil and injustices in our country.also what a peice of crap state of arizona!! always screwing someone over, im glad i live back in florida again. arizona caters to mexican gangs and criminals. never live there. dont live at the above apartments either, the best way to deal with them is not to give them business and watch them fall to the ground for renting to gangsters, drug lords, prostitutes. just goggle "anchorage point phoenix" and see all that negative reviews. all the fake positive reviews are posted by employees dont believe them.

so for the last warning to perspective renters or tourist stay clear of the four apartments listed in this report!!!!
