Consumers beware, Anderson, Crenshaw and Associates LLC. A collection agency representing Castle Rock Security Inc./SAI. Continues the Harassments on a daily basis, not honoring a written contract from Vision Security Inc. The Home Alarm equipment was install at our home and one day stop functioning. We attempted to contact Vision Security Inc. and found they are no longer in business. We stop our monthly payments and Castle Rock Security started to call on a daily basis for payment information, Castle Rock security fail to sent any documentation to our home advising us of such transition of new ownership. Castle Rock Security refuse to Honor the original Written contract from Vision Security Inc. and send us, to a collection agency. Anderson, Crenshaw and associates LLC. The harassments started several months ago, Justin G. " You are not above the Law".
My credit reports were impacted without justification on the alleged debt, The California Consumer Affairs was contacted and so was the BBB. After filing both Complaints, Castle Rock security fabricated bogus Documents and Lies. We are in distress on these tactics to deviously fold consumers. Anderson, Crenshaw and Associates LLC.
