This individual came to work for us using a fictitious U.S. citizenship and social security numbers. He collected and stole over $40,000 in assets from my company, and continues to use copyrighted works from our company which do not belong to him. He works for different companies, often on the island of Kauai, and does this over and over and over again. People who he's worked for will not speak his name or mention him as he is known to make terroristic threats against them, and is known for having anger management issues, as well as a record of duplicating others' work and claiming it as his own, as he recently did with several T-shirt designs copyrighted by other companies, logos, forged computer documentation, and more. He occasionally works with others who often have no idea of what he's really doing behind their businesses' backs, as it is usually the managers and/or owners who end up getting "owned" as I did.
