Complaint Review: Andrew Schaer - Quebec Internet

What is truly sad here is the Irony that is apparently lost to Andy. Although a goodly portion of the content is true the entire pretext of which it was written is wholly and entirely false. Andy finds himself in this predicament as a direct result of his own actions.

Andy did in fact engage in a smear and shame campaign that began around August 2013 against Cheri, her Family and Friends etc and Posted Intimate/Nude Photos of her on an MyEx Revenge Porn Site and several other internet platforms.

It was a horrific ordeal for her, her children, her friends, her business etc however Cheri did in fact eventually forgive him and they reconciled resulting in her move to Canada months later. The “Rebuttal Post” referring to Cheri was based entirely on the available facts at the time.

She was harassed, her home was broken into and Andy was being investigated etc but Internet Laws being what they were/are and the fact that he had moved back to Canada made it a moot en devour. Although Cheri had forgiven him and Andy worked hard to have the Posts removed they still exist to this day in Cache form, once on the internet always on the internet.

Others in her ‘circle’ of family, friends and associates did/have not forgiven him. One ‘friend/associate’ did indeed post the false narrative of Andy and Spinnaker “Stealing their life savings” believing they too had been a Victim of an online smear campaign by Andy which later was proven false.

You see, the entirety of the situation would not exist if Andy had not been the Protagonist of an Online Smear and Shame Campaign against Cheri, her family and friends. A Truer Title would be “What if you were defamed on an Internet extortion site after you wrongfully defamed someone on an Internet Sextortion site who wholly trusted you, forgave you and continued to trust you?”

The answer most assuredly should not be to again abuse that trust and intentionally defame and shame Cheri to further propagate the false narrative years later that Andy had been victimized by some anonymous entity due to no fault of his own.

The Real issue is that Andy has no respect for the trust bestowed on him, privacy or the personal well being of those he purports to care about as evinced by his endless misrepresentation, distortion and weaponizing of the facts to further paint himself the “Altruistic Martyr”. How do I know all of this?

I am Cheri and as per usual I forgive Andy this trespass but unlike in the past I will never again allow him to ‘use me’ as his 'sword and shield' nor will I ever again be his ‘safe space’ to land when his self created lonely island of 1 begins to sink and swallow him whole. To use and debase me to establish a timeline to further your lie is reprehensible.

You have no honour, you have no respect and you certainly do not deserve it but I forgive you Andy and now I am forever done with you. Make no mistake about it, I will not ever again allow you to hurt myself, my family or my friends and will defend myself from this day forward as I am now convinced you have no regard for anyone other than yourself as evinced by your previous AND current actions.

I loved you, trusted you... smh.

On the evening of December 27, 2013, while living with Mr. Schaer and her 2 children in Bridgenorth, Ontario, Canada, Cheri Rene Geddes-Smith took a prescription muscle relaxant before going to bed after consuming 3 glasses of white wine. The combination of the muscle relaxant and the alcohol resulted in Ms. Geddes-Smith experiencing a momentary lapse of reason whereupon Ms. Geddes-Smith ran into the kitchen, removed a large butcher knife from the kitchen drawer and proceeded to run up the street in her bed clothes while carrying the butcher knife.

Not knowing what to do, Mr. Schaer immediately called 911. Selwyn Township Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) attended the residence and instead of taking Ms. Geddes-Smith to the hospital for medical treatment (as Mr. Schaer had begged them to do), OPP Officers unfortunately mistakenly interpreted Ms. Geddes-Smith's prescription drug / alcohol induced episode as a 'criminal act' and charged and arrested Ms. Geddes-Smith with 'Assault With A Weapon' where she was remanded to the Central East Correctional Centre in Lindsay, Ontario, Canada for 3 days.

Knowing what actually had transpired and not considering himself a 'victim' of any 'crime', Mr. Schaer attended Ms. Geddes-Smith's Arraignment and convinced the presiding Justice to release Ms. Geddes-Smith into Mr. Schaer's care. Three months later, on March 28, 2014 at Ms. Geddes-Smith's criminal trial at the Ontario Court of Justice, Mr. Schaer once again addressed the Court and provided Justice E. Rosenberg with the details as described above.

Immediately following Mr. Schaer's address to the Court, the Crown Prosecuting Attorney dropped the charge of 'Assault With A Weapon' against Ms. Geddes-Smith. Ms. Geddes-Smith entered into a $500 Conditional Recognizance (see link below to the Order of Disposition and Recognizance) which required her to:

1) Keep the peace especially towards Andrew Schaer; AND

2) Not possess any weapons, ammunition or explosive substance.

An Order of Disposition was issued and endorsed by Justice E. Rosenberg ordering the butcher knife be returned to Mr. Schaer (see link below to the Order of Disposition and Recognizance).

The enclosed link to the original Order of Disposition and Recognizance endorsed by Justice E. Rosenberg of the Ontario Court of Justice proves that the original March 13, 2014 post which was posted 15 days prior to Justice E. Rosenberg's March 28, 2014 Order of Disposition is a complete fabrication and in fact that Mr. Schaer did the honourable thing in setting the record straight.

The individual who posted the original March 13, 2014 post completely fabricated the events detailed in the post regarding Mr. Schaer. Claims that Mr. Schaer is/was being investigated for 'crimes against Cheri Rene Geddes-Smith' are completely false, as Mr. Schaer has no criminal record whatsoever (see link below to Mr. Schaer's Clear Criminal Record Check).

The original poster posted 2 other fabricated posts on March 13, 2014 about Mr. Schaer on ScamBook and WordPress - all within 10 minutes of posting the original post on RipOffReport but allegedly written by 2 different authors and allegedly describing 'events' which allegedly took place 10 years apart - the sole purpose of which was to wrongfully defame Mr. Schaer and prevent him from earning a living or entering into any type of relationship.

There is no lower form of life or greater form of evil than the individual who posted the original post about Mr. Schaer who is a good, law-abiding citizen.
