Complaint Review: Andy Chaudhuri / Whitecode Labs / Stream41 - Sunnyvale California

October 2017 I paid Andy Chaudhuri, XYZ Innovations inc.  $14000 to build me a program.  Complete rip off, he kept sending bogus files saying it contained coding but I could never see my program itself in a demo or in operation.

I had to hire another IT proffesional coder to confirm the files were all bogus crap. He sent me screen shots of my own website photoes stating they wer log in screens for my new program. He did not deliver anything after our 10 week agreed contract time. There is so much more I could say. 

I read what a commenter wrote July 2018 and it is 100% true to what I experienced. all of the names he is operating under and addresses below are the ones I found as well. Stream41 is the newest of his scam companies.

I immedietly filed a lawsuit and received a judgement against him . Today I found him on the cover of CFO Tech Outlook!!

Dear Mr. Jody Ray Bennett.

To Whom It May Concern:

           It has come to my attention that this person- Jody Ray Bennett, has constantly tried to attempt to defame me from the date of his commencement period while working with me, and now it has come to my clear attention that he has made defamatory and false statements about "Andy Chaudhuri", White Code Labs and Stream41. I have attached screenshots of email snaps where he have tried to communicate with me agressively. In his post above he has said, the following that are completely untrue. He has said the following; "He has received “Red Flags" against my company, before, could we "ask him", or "investigate" what red flags is he talking about? "He also indicated that, "His businesses lists several addresses (search for Stream 41 & Whitecode Labs). BEWARE OF THIS FRAUD!!! BEWARE OF THIS FRAUD!!!" We had rented We work offices before. Could you please investigate how this is fraud?" 

By indicating that I was on the "sales "mode" he has character assisanated me. He has also harrassed me to oay a certain amount of funds of work not approved by me.  I ”Andy Chaudhuri”, and we “White Code Labs/Stream41”have suffered substantial harm / economic harm / reputational harm/ harm to my business / harm to my character and reputation /damage or injury – as a result of the defamatory and false statement(s) that he has made. [Because of all the false statements I have injured the user such as to the user’s character, reputation, trade, profession or business.
