Andy Patel, owner of Best Western on Landmark Blvd, Addison TX refused to honor the rates and length of stay for a written and confirmed reservation at the time of check in. Best Western 800 customer service would not help.
Upon arrival, with written confrimation for over 1 week's stay, Andy Patel and staff refused to honor more than 2 nights and only at significantly higher rates. With no corporate repercussions, he lies and cheats with impunity.
Subsequently, I cancelled a future reservation with his manager on duty for this trickery, was told I needed no confirmation, and was duped again. They have attempted to charge me for a 1 night cancellation fee.
A fraud, liar and cheat, Andy Patel lost thousands in repeat weekly stays that I have booked in Dallas elsewhere since for stealing a few dollars during my stay. Brilliant. Laughable. Deplorable.
