This is so unfair...... as after being in business for over 30 years, someone can make one complaint and this company is attacked with the words RIP OFF.
The circumstances are not even fairly stated in a complete truthful account. But if one complaint after being in business this long and having repeat after repeat happy customers were the whole story then I do consider this business a very good business.
This woman did not state the fact that the vehicle had just been inspected and ran great at the time of purchase and several things can make a car run hot. We have for years told EVERYONE to take our vehicles to a mechanic of their choice before they purchase from our business or any others.
There is always going to be unhappy consumers, does not matter what kind of business you own or run at any given time. And if this consumer and my business could not come to a mutual satisfactory agreement, then there were circumstances that made it impossible as we all strive for that end!

Last year I was looking for a car, I'm a single mother and had little to work with at the time, I went to Anita and found a decent car with pretty high mileage for a decent price, got the the car and spent about 1700 (most of my savings) with the down payment, taxes, tags, and insurance, thought I was walking away with a deal. Drove off that day, 2 Days later, on the biggest the car runs hot and me and my son were stuck on the high way. I went back to Anita and complained, said they don't know when they would be able to fix it, said that it is as is, and gave me 400 dollars of my money, didn't even offer to let me get another car, I was in tears that spent so much and got so little, please do not give her your business, she doesn't deserve it
