First, I'm so sorry to hear about your loss. Your situation with Anthem is terrible. I also have a complaint filed agianst them on here; I'm a former student. I have been dealing with Anthem to try and get a charge mistake corrected on my account, and have dealt with some very rude advisors. They went from night to day after I transferred. Anyway --- enough of my problems! The reason I am writing you today is to suggest looking into DeVry university. Anthem started to make me a little leary when I saw their Business Managment program was no longer offered. It made me even more leary to hear their accreditation was under very heavy investigation. After I started having inconsitancies with grading and technical problems on their website, I decided to look elsewhere. I had completed 76.0 of my credits towards my BS in Business Management. DeVry accepted 53 of those credit. Yes, I lost over a 1/2 of year worth of work, but at least my degree with transfer into the ground school for my MBA. My suggestion is, give them a call. They're not NEARLY as pushy as Anthem was. My admissions advisor was Jason Wade and the Financial Advisor I spoke with was Tyler Burgus. I had a million questions for these guys, and they made every effort to help me out and answer all of them. Serious Kudos to the DeVry staff. I'm now starting my first class with DeVry, and I must say, their education platform is a MILLION times better than Anthem. And it WORKS!! Ha. If you'd like to finish your degree, I'd give DeVry a call; see what they can do for you. If you decide to continue, you can apply for a deferral with SallieMae --- either pay nothing until you graduate, or pay just interest --- if approved, of course. But you're SO close to having your degree --- I wouldn't let Anthem's shady education plan deter you from getting the education you deserve! Good luck to you, no matter what you decide to do!
