got into an automobile accident that was not my fault. hit by a speeding motorist after proceeding through a stopsign. he however did not have a stopsign. was nailed in the passenger side door. person who hit me was not hurt when asked. but after speaking to a shady lawyer who "happened" to show up at the scene, he is now claiming injury.
