Anthony aka Tony J. McGraw hasn't paid one dime of child support since September, 2010. He owes me $8K. He lives in a 3,000 square foot home with a pool in Chandler, Arizona. He drives a 2010 car and recently sold a new Mercedes 500 SL, yet has no money to support his only child. He frequently takes vacations to California, Lake Havasu and gambles in Las Vegas. He works at Senior Consultants in Mesa, Arizona where he assists seniors with financial services and investing, yet can't keep his own financial house in order. He has never been current on child support since 1999.

He works at Senior Consultants at 2345 S Alma School Rd Ste 106 Mesa, AZ. Phone: 480-726-7391. I can't believe that a finanical services/insurance company would hire him after his two bancruptcies, insurance fraud, bad credit, non payment of federal and state taxes, firing from Prudential Insurance Co., two divorces, two DUI convictions in Ohio (one of which he served 30 days in jail), etc...
Feel bad for the elderly people that he solicits for money at his job when he is a known financial mess and frad.

He probably isn't paying child support, since the IRS and the State of AZ and the State of Ohio are suing him for unpaid taxes. This man steals from anyone and everyone. He was fired from Prudential in North Olmsted, OH for insurance fraud, his two bankruptcies in '93 and '06, lying on his insurance license application and frauding the city schools of Avon for free luches when he earned $75k, yet told the school that they earned $24k a yr, so the kids could receive free lunches. Hyundai is suing him now because he commited insurance fraud by having his leased car in FL when he lives in AZ and he was too cheap to add his daughter to his policy, so his insurance won't pay for the car that his daughter totaled. Ironically, he's a licensed insurance agent, yet lied to Hyandai and his insurane company about his car being used by his daughter in FL when it was registered to him in AZ. This guy is going to end up in jail again like he did for his second DUI in which he served 30 days.

I would never risk a civil suit for libel and/or slander. He hasn't paid anything since Septembr 2010. The Court records reflect this. Non payment of child support is repugnant. He's ordered to pay $800 a month and has neglected his responsibilities. It's par for the course for him.

She said, "Daddy, momma claims you never paid for us (Her and her Brother) I sighed and went back to my Safe and pulled all my old checks out and showed them to her.
The shock in her face was worth keeping the checks for years. She looked at me and said"Momma Lied", I said "What's new about that"
My daughter and I are now great friends, Momma is NOT.
Don't trust the woman, she lies.(For more Money, usualy.)
