Anthony Manchetti Ebay sellers who screw you ripoff Internet Pennsylvania
I bought an beautiful ring for my father's birthday through a seller on e-bay. I paid within the time frame and waited. It is a month and a half later. The people that run the internet store, Anthony and Danielle, have engaged in FRAUDulent activities. They said they would refund my money only after I hunted them down. Even then they still neglected to solve the dispute amicably. I have filed with squaretrade, but I still have received no response.
This type of business should not go unpunished. In fact, if you go to e-bay and view their feedback, this type of thing happens more than it should. All I wanted was the ring I paid for. If I had not reached them I would not have gotton my money back.
In other words, I paid for an item that I never had possession of. Furthermore, I bet you they turned around and sold it to someone else even after accepting my pay-pal payment. This is FRAUD any way you slice it.
