Complaint Review: Anthony V. Garulle - Tustin California

Liberty Garage Doors - Anthony Vincent Garulle - (714)668-1240 - (949)500-3230  Mr Garulle was hired by my wife and I  to build and install a garage door for our new house.  

We initially gave him a deposit for 50%  ($4500).  Shortly after, we became suspicious and took a trip out to what he called his shop.  His business is a total fabrication.  I cancelled our order and asked him to return our deposit.  His answer was that he had cashed the check and was not in a financial position to return our money.  It has been 30 days and we have initiated legal action both criminal and civil against against Mr Garulle (DBA Liberty Garage Doors) as he will soon find out.

In the meantime, a warning to all who might come across his website.  Avoid contact with this individual at all costs.  He is a con man looking for easy cash.  Upon paying for a background check of this supposed business man, it was revealed that he has multiple judgements and liens on record against him.  I peronally went to the bank where he has an account (Chase) and was told that he has problems with his account with them also. 

I have tried calling him dozens of times, but he only answers the phone if he thinks it is a new individual.  Mr. Garulle is nothing but a con man  and the website www.libertydoorsins.com is just a facade to lure future and trusting people to him to rip off.  

Again, my sincere advise to all is to avoid Liberty Garage Doors and Mr. Anthony V. Garulle.  He is in it to get your down payment and then disappear.
