Anthony's Elite Mobile Boat Detailing Worst boat detail guy ever! Seattle, Bellevue, Washington
I hired Anthony's Boat Detailing to detail out my boat that I want to sale. He said that he would "outshine the rest" right? He told me he generally spends 4 hours on a job like mine and charges $20.00 per foot. My boat being 21 feet the cost was $420.00. Most other shops were advertising $25 per foot so I thought it was a good deal. Well I now regret not hiring a real professional and paying the higher cost. Anthony came while I was at work and my wife was home so I thought no big deal right? That was my first mistake. He completes the job in 2.5 hours and tells my wife he is done. My wife takes a glance at the outside which looks decent and said great and paid him. At that point she had not looked inside. Once she did she discovered he left mold and dirt in all the crevices, smeared the glass with wax, didn't bother pulling the seat cushions out to clean the dirt off, did not wipe the instrument panel or steering wheel, didn't open the engine hatch and clean out the dirt, didn't clean the rug, left mold on the passenger dash and he did not bother to wipe down around the inside of any of the cabin doors. Then on close examination of the outside there was smeared wax and dirt still in the cracks. Nothing what so ever cleaned on the trailer. I contacted him and told him I was not happy and listed the things I wanted done right. He apologized and promised to come right back out the next day and make it right. Well this went on three times with multiple apologizes and excuses for not showing back up. This is very sad and I can't be the only person he has done this to.
