I purchased a vehicle from this crappy company on 7-1-08. It is an 03 Jaguar, the price was great everything looked great. I drove it for a 2 days and went to turn in some paperwork to the dealer and mention that i was feeling a jerk when i hit the gas if he could look at it...he told me oh thats how Jags are. Me being a silly female took his word for it. Well I had a family emergency that weekend and went out of town in the car. I got stuck on the side of the road..the car would not accelerate from 20 -30 and a check gear box message showed up. I called the dealer he said have it towed. I turned the car off and started it, the messg. disappeared. I continued my trip.

upon returning i went to the dealer and told him he had to do something the messg, showed up again and it just was not running right. he assured me he would help...yeah right. I left the car there and got a phone call 5 days later saying i needed a new transmission and it would cost 2400 dollars but they were willing to split the price in half with me.

I do not have that kind of money on hand...so they still have my car. They refuse to admit they sold me a piece of crap.

How is it i need a new transmission? I have only had it for 1 week.

CRAZY....never ever ever buy a vehicle here.

I hate anything on wheels

#2REBUTTAL Owner of company

In this case, yes, the car did have a problem, and I am very sorry for that. This rarely happens because; all of our cars go through a rigorous safety and standards check. . The problem was brought to the dealerships attention after the customer had put in excess of 4000 miles on the car in the first week of owning it. That's what most people do 4 months!!! Then this customer bounced multiple checks that she gave to us as a down payment. Really this was a case of falsification of down payment in order to receive financing!!! Something that we don't take lightly at Anything On Wheels because it is illegal and unethical! In the end we felt that the customer had misused our company. Still too this day she has still unfulfilled a felony amount of bounced checks.
