AOL - America Online America online free trial turns into continuess billing ripoff abused & mistreated rip-offs victimized many consumers rip-offs Dulies Virginia
I picked up an aol disk 1000 hour free trial for 45 days from a local convienient store . I took the disk home and installed it. Upon installation I was prompted to call aol to have confirm after the 45 days if I choose to keep aol They vould bill my home phone .
The aol represenative whom I spoke with gave me a password and stated I was set to log on . When I went to log , I was propmted to re-install disk and re-enter my information .
I decided I didnt have time to start the process all over and assumed aol wasnt installed . Two months later I recieved a bill from aol. When I called and explained the situation the rep whom I spoke to was very rude and nasty .
The rep did see that I hadnt logged on to aol at all , but refused to take chages off my bill . The manager I spoke with was just as nasty and rude.
I cancled aol but continue to bbe billed every time call to cancle aol always offer me 3 months free service to stay a customer . Ive told aol four times Im no longer interested in their services but still get billed.
