I purchased a Dell computer about over 2 years ago, it

contained the free 6 month software for America Online. I erolled for the 6 months and cancelled before the 6 months were due. I just checked my checking accoutn and found that my cancelation was not honored and they

have been charging me $25.90 for the last 18 months. I called and talked to customer service and they now claimed I never called to cancell.

They are going to send me some forms I have to fill out so they can do an investiagation and according to how the investigation goes it will determine wether I get a refund or not.

Damage Resulting = The damaged that these charges caused was since I was unaware of the charges many times my checking account did not have sufficient funds causing my account to get charged xtra fees for account

overdraft.

One last thing: I told the guy from customer service to check my login on their website he replied and said "I had a none surfing membership" That to me sounds like a conn....Some one outhere please advise me on what I should do next. thanks
