Aol took money that did not belong to them out of my checking account sence 2005 After I called and canceled with them. I did not catch it until this year of 2007 because it was coming up preauthorized Debt for $28.90 or other times coming up $30.90. I did not know for the simple fact is places like Wal-mart will be a preauthorized debt so it threw me off.

After doing some checking out I found out who it was now the fun part begins. After calling them several times which you get know where and phone call after phone call I finally got someone who I thought would help me out. Well manger Aaron did help in some way I told him the problem I said look I dont have your service and when I had your 3 months free I only used it for one month then disconneted it went with my phone company. Aaron said well I can see your account is not being used and has not for along time, well you see I canceled the account back in december 11, 2004.

I did not receive a canceled letter yet from you people still waiting, Well I will take care of that for you he can only give me back 2 months worth of service I said well what happened about the $897.20 that aol owes me well we can only go as back as 2 months which was $ 61.80 then I would have to send all my bank statments to aol billings operations services P.O. Box 65627 Sterling Va, 20165-8805 for anyone that needs this address because if you call they will not give you the address it is a fight.

Ok so I sent the information off to them well I waited and waited did not hear nothing from them so I called again, well lets just say I did not get to hear them say your money is back in your account not even close. A supervisor told me last week that it was the 7th day and to get my moeny back it would take 7 to 10 business days well Im still waiting it still was not back into my account on the 10 th day still waiting.

So I called them back today and talked with them and said look I have been fair long enough I want my money back that you wrongfully to from account I dont have your services I only had you for one month and that was back in November 11, 2004. I told them enough is enough I want my $835.40 put back into my account today and only today you played with me long enongh, well we can't do that it will take at least 3 to 5 business days.

Well lets see went from 7 to 10 business days now to 3 to 5 business days. After all it is my money I want it back I didnt have there services for 2 in half years. After talking to the FBI and asking them some questions about someone just walking into your bank account and taking money that is not there's.

Like I told the FBI I wonder how many other people over america they are doing it to. I did every thing the FBI told me to do about aol but Im still not getting know where with them Now I am taking further actions Im taking them to court that is they only I will get my money back from those people. This is Internet Fraud.

For everyone who has been having trouble with aol I took them to small claims court and won. They sent me a letter saying that I should receive a paper check in the mail in approximately 15 days heard that before, But they did come threw they sent me a check it is about time. In the end I got my money back it took longer then it should of took but the good feeling is I got my money back. For anyone that is having problems dont call them just take them to court calling them gets you know where, send them a letter give copys of any docouments that you have make sure that you make a copy of the letter that you sent. If you still have not heard anything take them to small claims court it really works I won my case. The problem is it is not about winning it is about getting back what is yours they should of never of taking it in the first place. The feeling of having your money back is a good feeling but I can tell you this I will NEVER NEVER GO BACK TO THEM FOR A INTERNET COMPANY AGAIN. If a company will do this to you what kind of company are they really they make it out to be the greates company. AOL used to be only 24.95 a month now it went from that to 28.90 now to 30.90 boy that sure is alot of money. I wonder how many other people out that is having the same problem I just had when you dont or you do have there service and they are taking money that dont belong to them. Well anyways just take them to SMALL CLAIMS COURT that is the only way you are going to get your money back from those people stop calling them you get know where with them. GOOD LUCK TO ALL OF YOUS AND GOD BLESS.

For everyone that is having problems with aol in trying to get your money back. One you get know where talking to aol on the phone they keep telling you that you will get your money back in 7 to 10 business days the next time you call they say well it is going to be there in 3 to 5 business days enough is enough stop believeing in there stpuid lies. It is all lies folks forget about asking to speak to a manger because you wont get one only a superviser that will tell you to shut your mouth no man is going to tell me to shut my mouth I just want back what was mine not there's. Now this is what I did to file a complaint call the Federal Trade Commission in Washington DC 1-877-382-4357 file a complaint on aol the more complaints that they get on file the more FCC will look into it. Trust me this works. Or you can visit them on FTC.gov I understand everyone else out there that has problems with this company it truly makes me mad that this company can get away with so much crap. I tried of this company after talking to them today and they tell me to shut my mouth that I will not get any of my money well will see about that because I just filed today A small claims file againts them we will see who is playing now. Enough is Enough aol has ripped off to many people and there accounts. And for some people if they do not understand what FCC does you can go to there website at FCC.com also if know body has aol right address 22000 aolway Dulles Va, 20166 I hope this helps out anyone that is having the same problems I am. GOOD LUCK
