Too bad you didn't check the Ripoff report first. AOL is without a doubt, the worst choice you could have made. Okay, you need to be aware that when you attempt to cancel your service, they will try to entice you to stay by offering you one or two months of free service. DON"T BITE! Demand that they terminate your service immediately. If they give you any lip, tell them you are filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and the Attorney General in your state. Do this anyway, regardless of what they say or do. Hope this has enlightened you and made you a wiser consumer. Good luck!! Larry Tampa, FL

Have you been playing in any of the AOL online games areas? They do have fees for per hour for playing any of their premium games. I believe you can go to Keyword: Billing and click on the online help area to speak to a rep virtually speaking. That or there should be some sort of itemization in the billing area. Otherwise, I would send the billing department an email asking for a breakdown on the charges. If that is not fruitful then call your credit card company and dispute the charge.
