I have been trying to cancel this service since May of 2005, with no luck. I have contacted the company and they are still taking money from my account. Everytime I have tried to call, I am put on hold and have never been able to talk to someone since last May. I was told that my account would not be charged, but itis still being charged each month.

What's to look into? Close the account! They've been taking your money since May, 2005 - 17 months - and you haven't closed the account, whether it is a bank account or credit card? Even if you have automatic payments, etc., coming out, surely 17 months is enough time to establish a new account number.
