I used the Intellius/Intelius service to locate the name and/or address of a cell phone number, with a one time charge of $1.95. The service indicated that it would NOT CHARGE my credit card if they could NOT PRODUCE a result of such. They DID NOT. I wanted to search additional numbers and the charge for that service was $4.95, with the same stipulation that if they could not produce any results, my card would not be charged. I went online to check my account and looked at the transactions pending, there were two $19.95 charges. One from AP9*24Protect and one from AP9*Valuemax. This, to me, is considered false representation of services, additionally, which did not produce any results!
By all means, do NOT use this service if you want to avoid the time to research and find out how to resolve it as I, and, as I have found, others have done.
