APC Property Management and Tara Fase are predatory and do not even follow the law themselves-while trying to con homeowners into paying for receiving NOTHING they don't even do the necessary county filings to follow state property code! So while you're being threatended they aren't following the rules themselves-if your community is considering this company please reconsider as nothing is done legally!
