Apex Carpet Cleaning You Get What You Pay for! Mansfiled TX
I attempted to hire Apex Carpet Cleaning They offered coupons on line and when I called to set an appointment, they agreed to honor the coupon and set an appointment for the weekend. They called they day prior to confirm our appointment and I confirmed the time was still good. The following morning, I received a call and voice message (during the time of the appointment), saying they would not make the appointment. I was surprised to say the least. Not only did they not call ahead the day of the appointment to be considerate, they insisted I get a refund from the the discount site I used rather than try to reschedule first. I tried to call them a few times after the message from that was left and I after 2 hours, I didn't get a single phone call back to reschedule. Please understand, not one of you out there knows my family from Adam, but if this post can save any of you time, money, headache and/or hassle, then I urge to consider other options rather than being left holding the bag by this company. They don't honor their coupons or their [potential] customers! I hope all of you that read this find the information valueble and to your advantage.
