I have ordered and paid for two items from Apex Digital. One item was ordered and paid for in March of 2004 and the other item was order and paid for in June of 2004. They (Customer Service) have issued me a Customer Number: 18267. I have contacted customer service several times by telephone and I get the same response everytime I call: "Your order is at our warehouse and will be shipped within the next two weeks. I called the Apex Digital corporate offices and could not get beyond the receptionist when I asked for someone with authority related to customer service. I asked for a vice president of the president and was told that if I wanted to leave information, someone would get back to me. Mighty suspicious! I need your help! The items ordered were:

Owner's manual for DVD player #AD1130W - Pd 10.00

Remote control for DVD/VCR Combo player #ADV 3800 - Pd 23.00

Mr. Brown's owners manual was shipped and delivered on October 28, 2003, Fed Ex Tracking number 324131661002465. The remote that Mr. Brown had requested was backordered in July.

We regret that Mr. Brown has not received the customer service experience that we strive to provide each valued Apex consumer. Every effort is being made to provide each customer with a above satisfactory customer service experience.

Mr. Brown's remote will be shipping within the next 5 - 7 business days.
