As a lover of sport expecially football. I tried to download a streaming programme through an IPTV apps. Suddenly, I realised my computer became in active could not do anything with it even to switch it off became inpossible unless i remove the battery. This goes on for three days that is when it occured to me that my computer is infected with viruses.

On the face of the screen there was an attachment which advises me that my computer is in danger,that my account, password, my details etc have been hacked and if I ignore the warning I will have my self to blame. The warning is said to be from Microsoft and a toll free number to call 0800 051 3718. I decided to call the number as it is similar to the UK toll free phone number. Immidiatelly an adverser pick off the phone and told me he is a micosoft customer service if there is anything he can do for me. I explained the content on the attached page on my computer to him and he told me to give him the reference number which I did. He then asked me to press the keyboard botton with micosoft flag on my computer together with botton R and releases.  He further gave me few instruction, the name of my cumputer, age and codes which typed and from then I could see clearly he has taken conyrol of the computer. As this is going on we were talking on phone. he then explained to me that my compuer had been hacked by bad boys, he showed me series of photo diagramme on how they easy get into all the devices in our home through my home enternet hop and that at that moment there is no devices in our home that is safe. unfortunatelly, for me my wife was listening to the conversation. He went further to show me many other things that according to him are virus that if not taken care off will harm all the devices in the house as such no device is safe with one time FEE of $100 which is equivent of £80. I told him I can not afford the money at that moment. He told me there is no problem but he left a left a personal  number for me to call him back if change my mind He will always be there to help. I sudenly became surprise because the voice that spoke with me is ASIAN India with a very good command of English but here he has a all English name. I switch off the phone and staight away my wife offer to contribute half of the money to sort out the problem. OK, I call then back, the amazing thing about this people is that all througgh our discusing there were noises of activities eg dicussions, calls coming through that one will never suspect that this advice center is not real. I was immidiatell transfer to my adviser Mr Jack, we started all over again untill he got access to my computer once again paid the $100 with my credit card through what he claimed to br secured online payment. It was when I asked him of a receipt of payment that he ask me to give him my email adress which he promised to send to me. As he is in control of my computer I decided to access my email on my mobile device. The alarm immediatell, when I saw the receipt was from apicalonline not Microsoft which they claimed to represent. As I was talking with him I called my bank to alart them to stop the payment at the same time to cancelled the credit card. I also called Micosoft and strait away thay told me. They never call thair customers.........I also googled to find out more about apical online.

I came across RIFOFF REPORT, in one of its page it stated.... never pay money to apical online they are surfisticated internet scam. They kept transfering me to different adviser, each explaining one detail or the other and finally they asked me to give then my phone number for a call back about the progress of repairing my computer and true to their words they called me back for some other information like what essencial things I do with my computer whether I use it to shop on line? internet banking etc. At that point I had to go a long with them to get my computer sorted otherwise I end off loosing all if show any sign of suspesion. A tech adviser called me to explained the type of services they are guarantee me for the next 6 month if anything of such happen again they will offer similar service at no cost and the detaills of their pleage is attached on my computer as a futere references and they signed out from the computer after they instructed me to check the sevices of my computer.
