AppleOne Employment Services This Company Does Not Care About You Irving Nationwide
I responded to an email this company sent out for customer service representatives. The client was a great company and the money being offered was pretty good for this position. Since the client was looking to hire a large number of people, there were multiple agencies involved. Training was a month long session. The first week I was there I was loving the client and the job. However, during that week the client was closing down the cafeteria for one day to provide their employees with a Thanksgiving banquet. The temporaries (contractors) didn't find out until the day of the closing.
Since it was the closest place for contractors to buy their lunch, quite a few people were scrambling to figure out where they were going to get lunch. The other agency with contractors on site got the message and quickly provided lunch for their people. AppleOne did nothing. I sent an email to the Client Services Manager, Nicci Saunders, to let her know that we were not "feeling the love". I was quickly admonished and within a few days, I was fired. Because I really liked this company and the job, I would have done a great job for this client. As long as I never contacted my agency about my problem.
