Yet again the American Business gives into rediculous consumer demands. How are they liable for YOUR damaged clothing? THEY didnt wash your clothes. YOU as the consumer had the obligation to run a test load BEFORE major use. You claim to work at a warrenty company for appliances and yet you did not follow one of the first rules of new appliance ownership. So basically YOU scammed them out of money because YOU didnt even run a test load.
It sickens me to see this. I certainly hope you feel proud of the fact that YOU ruined YOUR clothes and SOMEONE else has to pay for your mistake. Your mother must be SO proud of your thievery. YOU are a scamming twit. One day though its going to backfire on you.

After my previous review I was contact by Sam G with Appliance Warehouse and he helped me with my situation. He was very friendly and sympathetic towards my specific situation. He was able to get me a check for the damages to my clothes as well as overnight the check so I would get the money in time for a trip we had planned. I am very pleased with the outcome and resolution that we were able to come to. I am continuing to lease my washer and dryer with Appliance Warehouse and have confidence that if I have any future problems, they will be addressed accordingly.
