 This is a text of an immediate cease and desist demand dated December 28, 2013 to Adrian Kimmitt aka Apps Las Vegas LLC aka Apps Las Vegas Ltd that describes a range of things that this sociopath might do to you and your company and your app if you are unlucky enough to come across him and too imprudent to heed the warnings within. The attachments and web page links are not included but they are described. The message is clear. Stay clear of this fraudster.

DEMAND TO IMMEDIATELY CEASE AND DESIST FRAUDULENT MISREPRESENTATION OF YOURSELF AND YOUR BUSINESS FRONT AS US BASED 

Dear Adrian Kimmitt aka Apps Las Vegas LLC of last known location Calgary Alberta Canada:

Your fraud, extortion, cyberterrorism, and cybervandalism against me and my company and my app and Google Play and its community of users had better be finished now.

Your latest two acts, the first being your brazen cybervandalism of the Google Play webpage for Baccarat apps that our Zuan Xin Lucky Dragon Baccarat app appears on, a most cynical and abusive misuse of the Google Play platform that Google has already put a stop to, the second being your fraudulently deceptive exploitation of the well intentioned Google process for the resolution of legitimate disputes between honorable people that Google is in the process of putting a stop to, these fiendish acts have most certainly earned you the denominative of computer criminal.

The latter incident clearly identifies you as a sociopathic individual who has absolutely no concern for the consequences of your actions on other people and who is completely incapable of discerning between right and wrong as it concerns your own selfish obsession with yourself and what you want.

To falsely take credit for our work knowing full well that you are knowingly falsely taking credit for our work realizing that you have a zero point zero zero percent chance of prevailing in any legitimate legal dispute resolution process be it in court or via arbitration this means that your sole purpose is to be a malicious nuisance seeking to harm our app and our company.

I guess you are devoted to trying to use fraud, lies, and deceit to delay and hinder our commercialization efforts for our famous work but you cannot succeed in stopping our commercialization efforts, so your antisocial behavior ultimately makes no sense whatsoever to any rational observer.

Psychopathologically placing your needs above those of anyone else, you even outdid the legendary Grinch of Dr Suess by timing your latest nuisance attack against us during the Christmas holidays when millions of people give Google Play gift cards of various denominations to one another many of whom are Baccarat enthusiasts who would very much like to have access to the elements of our landmark mobile app Zuan Xin Lucky Dragon Baccarat that are purchasable inside the app.

Not to mention that you have fraudulently misled Google into a proceeding that has temporarily removed Zuan Xin Lucky Dragon Baccarat from Google Play during the holidays. Ultimately I have faith that Google will restore our app in the very near future and will then also determine you to be a malicious user who should be completely removed from access to the Google platform.

You yourself know the extent of your substandard performance on the tasks and responsibilities that you agreed to undertake for me, Adrian Kimmitt aka Apps Las Vegas LLC, while at the same time surreptitiously executing an unauthorized and malicious sabotaging of our Amazon Web Services server so that you would be enabled at your choosing to perpetrate fraud and extortion upon us.

As I stated in my Sworn Affidavit of December 24, 2013 that has been duly filed with Google, “The IT professional whom we engaged to fix the documented sabotage by Adrian Kimmitt aka Apps Las Vegas LLC of our Amazon Web Services server and clean up the substandard work and then help us complete our app told us that we had paid way too much for substandard work that had taken far too long and that the sabotage of our Amazon Web Services server was clearly both vicious and malicious.”

You will not succeed in this spurious and fraudulent DMCA proceeding you have triggered through your deceit, Adrian Kimmitt aka Apps Las Vegas, and you know it. And I will be updating my Ripoff Report complaint against you with the addition of this text so as to ensure that everybody everywhere knows that you are the last person in the world to contract with for tech services of any kind. And I will be supplying Google with this email so as to ensure that this matter is concluded as soon as possible that our app may be restored to Google Play immediately and so as to satisfy myself that I have made my best efforts to persuade Google to remove you from the Google universe of decent and honorable users seeking to use the wonderful Google platform and all of its elements in the pursuit of good and productive ends.

It is impossible for me to understand or comprehend how it is that you have decided to use fraud and deceit and whatever other means you can conjure up in your malicious attempt to prevent this honored and honorable landmark app for Baccarat the biggest game in history from ultimately being installed on the smartphones of every one of the tens of millions of Baccarat enthusiasts around the world.

That you have no right to do any of this is obvious to anyone familiar with the matter up to and including yourself, especially yourself.

I further demand, on behalf of myself and my company Zuan Xin Lucky Dragon Gaming Pte Ltd, a good corporate citizen that treated you well and paid you well only to be victimized, abused, terrorized, vandalized, and defrauded in the end, that you immediately cease and desist from all further deceptive use on your website and any social media extensions thereof of any and all references to our company and our app and any and all images therefrom and text associated therewith, you are not authorized to refer to us in any way, shape, or form in your promotional materials and representations.

I further demand, on behalf of myself and all decent and honorable content sources and users of the Internet whether online or mobile, that you immediately cease and desist from all further use on your website and any social media extensions thereof of any and all deceptive misrepresentations of yourself Adrian Kimmitt and your business front Apps Las Vegas LLC as Las Vegas Nevada US based when in fact you are deported or otherwise dislocated from the US without valid immigration status to be present in the US. The only reason for misrepresenting yourself and your business front as US based is because the epidemic wave of abuses by non US tech contractors of US based developers and publishers in the Internet and mobile apps businesses has persuaded the vast majority of your prospective US based targets to strictly avoid dealing with any non US based tech contractor.

Adrian Kimmitt aka Apps Las Vegas LLC, I am at wit’s end with your nefarious behavior. There must be something wrong with your mental state as evidenced by these ongoing and continuing attacks and abuses of a victim of your criminal misconduct even beyond the point after which most criminals would have discontinued such and moved on to another victim. That you cybervandalized Google Play was an act further evidencing your mental instability because any rational person would have known that Google would ultimately remove your clear act of cybervandalism. That you fraudulently have misused the Google DMCA process to falsely claim an element of my work and that of my company as yours against the massive weight of proof that you know we can supply shows you to be an outright sociopath who ought to be removed from any and all access to the mobile communications networks of the world and the online and mobile Internet.

You should not view the lack of action to date against you by Shaw Communications or by Google or by Amazon Web Services or by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police or by INTERPOL as anything but that these organizations and institutions still observe very very scrupulously a time honored principle of the free world that people are innocent until proven guilty through clear substantiated proof, a principle that wholly unscrupulous sociopaths such as yourself do not subscribe to while you pillage innocent and decent people in your relentless pursuit of money that you have not earned and do not have a right to.

In the end, Adrian Kimmitt aka Apps Las Vegas LLC, right is right and wrong is wrong, and your caravan of lies now lies buried in the sand. You are a criminal and I hope that you are brought to justice so that you can undergo correction and eventually turn to using your abilities in the pursuit of what is good and right.
