I was in south dakota in august, when i had a medical problem and spent 5 days in the hospital, upon my release i need oxygen to travel home with, the hospital called apria healthcare, and the representative meet us in the parking lot with the equipment. i had to sign for the equipment which is understandable, but he wanted my credit card number to secure the equipment. he said NOTHING would be charged to my card. when i got back to columbus i called apria and again signed for the equipment, and they said nothing would be charged to my card. Well not only did the south dakota branch charge me but so did the columbus branch. When i called there today, i was lied to again!!!! Is all they know how to do is LIE! I will be discussing this with my attorney for the possibillity of consumer fraud! and anything else he can think of. DON"T USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT LIES AND GET RIPPED OFF!

Dear Sir,
In investigating your claim that your credit card was charged twice, once in South Dakota and once in Ohio, I cannot find any evidence that there was ever a charge to your card directly linked to your service from South Dakota. Our records show that you were set up on oxygen out of Rapid CityRegionalHospital on 08/10/09 and the equipment was transferred to the Columbus, Ohio branch the following day, again with no charges being applied to your card. Obviously, there is a need to investigate your claim of being double billed for services, and as the branch manager of one of the locations accused of inappropriately billing your card, I feel obligated to assist you in every way possible to assure that my organization has not misled you, and that whatever charges that were applied to your card represent your true cost of care. If you would be so kind as to call me at the number below, I will assist you in gaining clarity in this unfortunate incident.
