OK heres the story this women owes me 4.00 i sent her pay pal as you can see its attached too on august the 23rd i have emailed her several times and imd her asking when IM going to get the candle that i won in an auction room or the 4.00 back she is rude and says IM harassing her well now she's harassing me and calling me a stalker etc. all i want is my 4.oo back i am a single mother i tried to IM her on the yahoo too and she was just as rude any advise here i spoke to a women at AOL she said to send my complaint to you many thanks

I will NOT be sending Ruth a refund or items. You can put me on your snail list or whatever but this woman will NEVER get anything from me. *&%$*(() items are going out today also. If there is anyone I have left out let me know. But don't bother emailing me if you want me to pay Ruth because it is not happening,, EVER. Anyone else send me a name and I will get in touch with them

PayPal does not consider this a satisfactory resolution of this complaint. We have taken action against this seller's account until the complaint has been resolved.
No further action is required of you at this time.
We value your business and regret this experience. Any portion of the payment which was funded with your credit card will be refunded directly to your credit card. Credits to a credit card generally take 2-3 business days to post, and may not be immediately reflected in the card's balance.

April, Ruth has a receipt from PayPal as well as their validation of her complaint. You cannot prove that you shipped the candle and she can prove that she paid for it. She is a single mother for Heaven's sake!!!!! I for one will never do business with you and I happen to have a decent amount of disposable income. By treating Ruth the way you have you are chasing others who might do much more business with you away. It's only $4.00!!! I might have spent $100.00. Do the professional thing and give Ruth her money. Even if you could prove that she is in the wrong -and you cannot - you would be doing the wise and prudent thing to give this woman $4.00 so you wouldn't discourage other people who might spend much more. Not only are you being heartless, rude, uncaring and selfish, you are being a very foolish business woman.

I have a large thriving store, I do not put up with harassment or slander. Which is exactly what Ruth did. I owe this woman nothing and my other two partners believe the same way. She at least could have gotten my address right before she posted this. I feel sorry for whoever ended up buying that house, because now their address is posted on the net in error. Please check into facts before you post things that are not true.
