APX Alarm They're liar!! Provo Utah

This Sellman Name's Rich, ... I'm not Native English speaker so I had a hard time try to keep up with all information he gave me. I asked him more than twice if I could cancle the system whenever I want. He confirmed me everytime I asked and even when I was on the phone with the customer service (for comfirm or verify his job or something). He was interupting my conversation on the phone when I asked if I could cancle anytime I want. He immedately said "Yes, you can"!!!

I just call for the cancle and the customer service told me there was only 2 ways I can cancle this. 1. is to transfer the contact to somebody else. 2. pay off my contact for the next 60 months. She said it was on the paper. Yeah, right ... Mr.Rich told me that I would need to keep the "APX's sign" in my front yard for 60 months, that was it.

This is suck, I pay for my house insurance only $136/year. But I gotto pay for the alarm system for $60/month??????????????

Anybody help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hate lier!!

How do you do business right this? How do you work everyday and feel good with yourself?

I got the respond back from Executive Correspondence, .. here is a part of it The most applicable question which we ask you is, "Are you aware that this agreement has an initial term of 60 months?" This is to assure that the customer understands the length of the contract which they signed. The next most applicable question which was posed was as follows, "Has [the APX representative] made any promises or commitments to you that are not printed or written on you Monitoring Agreement?" If a customer answering the affirmative to this question then we are unable to allow for installation prior to addressing the added commitment of the representative. My point in mentioning this is because we were not notified of the representative's promise that you could cancel at any time, which is definitely not written or printed on our contracts. Because we were not informed of this, we allowed for installation. I trust that you remain displeased, but please understand that APX is very protective of its reputation. We put in place protections, such as the pre-installation survey, to assure that our customers are fully informed of what is expected. As I mentioned previously, we certainly hope that your time with APX will be beneficial .. I have to tell you, i'm not very good English and hard for me to explain exactly what happenned. .. but I wrote back to him again, here it is As you mention the phone call survey, I asked the lady to took my phone if I could cancel anytime I want. Your Selman, Rich, he interrupt the conversation and told me "Yes, you can cancel anytime you want". If you go back and check the voice record of my case, you will see that we made a call 3 times before I finished the survey because the whole time I really didn't fell comfortable to do it. The phone called was hanged up 2 times! Perhaps your company should have train your selman to be more human be and not only think about the money, say something that it is the fact not only anything that would help them sell. "Are you aware that this agreement has an initial term of 60 months?" .. Yes, your selman told me that he pick this house to be the advertising house so I would need to keep the sign in front of the yard for 60 months. That is what I aware of. I still feel rip off whatevery you say. I will never recommend your company and continueing spread my case out there. Miscommunication because your selman wanted to be that way. Thank you for take time replying my e-mail, but that still doesn't change the fact that your selman a leir and will do whatever it take just to sell and I still feel like rip-off. I really love everybody go for any other company but APX. hope their business grow very well.
